Tyre Pressure and Tread Depth Measurement Device

Bluetooh enabled device which can transmit measured parameters directly to your phone and store into remote database.

Tread depth measurement in range from 0 to 25mm with 0.005 mm accuracy.

Tyre pressure measurement in range from 15 to  230 PSI with accuracy of 1 PSI. Battery life of 24 to 36 hours.

This application has been designed and developed for Electrical / Electronics OEMs who are manufacturing mass production quantities.

Solution is designed for LED bulb and driver testing with proper data logging system. Board has 6 independent isolated measurement channels. Each is capable of measuring voltage, current, power factor, active power, reactive power and  frequency. Device can be configured in different modes according to needs over USB interface. There is windows based software designed for data processing and logging. Range of measurement is 400VAC at maximum of 2A load. Accuracy is class 1. Range and accuracy class can be modified according to need of any particular application. Alternate type of Zigs and fixtures are also designed in accordance with needs of work pieces or specimens.

Same solution can be scaled and modified for multiple sectors of industries.

Protocol / Interface Conversion

 

Protocol: Design of a custom board which translates the serial data to Ethernet frames with intrinsic safety features for Oil & Gas industry. Major cost reduction in hardware. Form-factor also matches the retrofitting requirement.

Interface: Design of a daughter board which can replace an old RAM chip which is no more supported with much advanced ferromagnetic RAM chip. All interface control signals has been modified to comply proper communication between old hardware and new chip. FPGA and GATE based solutions are implemented.

Both solutions are highly cost effective as entire board redesign has been avoided.

Low Frequency Measurements

 

Analog Front: Differential input fully integrated analog front end for measurement of AC or DC signals with frequency ranging from 0 Hz to 30 MHz. Either differential or single ended measurement is possible. If use as differential then only one channel output is useful, else both. Four level of attenuation factors are available by use of signal switch relays. Board has it’s own transformer based power supply with proper filtering. Channel tuning is provided by means of presets and variable caps.

MessScope: 4 Channel differential measurement board is to designed for very low frequency measurement till 4 KHz. Required accuracy is within 2% of full range. Basic use of device is to give idea about the signal parameters such as RMS, PEAK and DC levels. Very low cost solution for rough measurement.

Hourmeter: Time totalizer with 1 minute resolution and up to 9999 hours. Robust design to sustain heavy voltage surges. Specifically designed for agriculture industry. Very low cost solution for mass production and easy to repair.

Cyclic Timer Counter: General purpose cyclic timer counter with 999.9 digit resolution in seconds, minutes and hours. Two different modes of operation as counter and timer. Additional mode as RPM meter can also be configured. Highly configurable device with single relay output.

VA Meter: General purpose 3 phase AC voltage and current measurement  board with additional interface for GSM / GPRS connectivity. Relay output for healthy supply with on delay. Fault monitoring such as low, high voltage, over current, single phasing, reverse phasing and under current.

Re-engineered Boards

 

KE25: Board has been redesigned to remove obsolete components. New parts are placed in such a way that form-factor remained as it is and no front panel design was needed.

Optical Detector: Complete analog solution to detect thread break for Texturising machines. Extremely sensitive with different gauge of threads.

Relay: To save power and reduce the coil heating, a new grade of control board is designed. Cost effective as well as low power consumption.
