Image Processing / OCR Tools

Specific Windows based image processing solutions are developed for measurement and data extraction.

Measurement Tool: Tyre trade depth measurement with mechanical probe. The image of probe is than plugged into tool to extract depth of trades.

OCR Tool: Test report tables are fed into tool and excel table is extracted using OCR. This data is further transmitted to embedded systems for actual execution of QC sequence. Solution works in combination of embedded hardware which monitors and controls the output of the system.

Equipment Test & QC

Specific Windows based software tool are developed to control test equipment which can communicate over standard protocols with embedded systems. System parameters are fully configurable and can be scaled up or down depending upon hardware control system requirement.  System can control as well as gather data from remote slaves. Required parameters / data are logged into MSSQL database engine and can be retrieved at any time for analysis. Tool also has a functionality of visual representation. Reports are printed and are in accordance with industry norms and requirements.

Mass Production Test

Specific Windows based software tool for mass production testing and test data logging. Automatic and manual mode of operations are available for intervention free production line handling. Custom configurations are also available to meet any industrial requirement.

Pass and fail configurations along with different type of recipes for any custom environment of testing. Also time and accuracy of the measurement are selectable depending upon line production speed.

Measurement

High frequency measurement scopes are designed to capture high speed signals using USB scopes. Data is then processed and compared to standard templates for SUT (subject under test). The parameter for the templates can be pre-configured and modified on the fly for batter results. Any shape and size templates can be defined to match different measurement requirement for specific application range. Measured data can be exported into different formats for future reference.
